Property Manager (Umina)

JL Property Co (formerly Dm Goodsell Real Estate) has been established in Umina Beach since the early 1970’s and has created a strong presence on the Central Coast, especially within the Peninsula Real Estate market. This family run office boasts a supportive team environment, located in one of the most beautiful locations on the Central Coast.

A Property Management roll has opened within our company which provides support and an amazing team working environment with our low turn over of staff supporting this claim. This clean, low portfolio size has been very well maintained with low rental arrears and ongoing maintenance a focus.

Salary + bonuses to be discussed depending on experience.

This position involves:

- To be driven & articulate with a genuine focus on customer service
- Communicating with, and providing support to the property management team
- Potential for recent business opportunities and bonuses
- Property ME (software) experience not required but a plus
- Arranging repairs in a timely fashion
- Rental reviews
- General property management duties
- Perform ingoing & outgoing inspections

The successful applicant must:

- Current Agents Assistant Certificate
- Be pro-active, organised, and structured
- Have valuable work ethic
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Be self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Have strong attention to detail and be customer focused
- Have impeccable time management skills
- Hold a current driver’s license and have own vehicle
- Excellent presentation
