- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Robust culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
- Food Safety Supervisor – Or ability to obtain.
