AAMG is currently seeking experienced Diesel Fitters to join our growing in office maintenance teams, supporting major mining operations across Queensland. About the Role You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and fault diagnosis across a fleet of surface mobile mining equipment, including CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi, and ancillary gear. Key Responsibilities
- Fault finding and diagnostics on mobile plant equipment
- Routine servicing and maintenance (workshop & field)
- Breakdown repairs and component rebuilds
- Participation in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Contribute to hazard identification, risk assessments, and JSAs About You
- Australian recognised trade qualification (Diesel Fitting or equivalent)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Valid Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
- Proven experience on CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr or similar mining equipment
- Additional RII tickets (advantageous)
- Willingness to work across multiple QLD sites
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Whats on Offer
