Job Overview McDonald’s Airlie Beach, McDonald’s Bowen and McDonald’s Cannonvale QLD are looking for an experienced Full‑time Fast Food Restaurant Manager. The role is ideal for qualified, highly motivated, operations focused candidates who have previous McDonald’s management experience and are focused on delivering McDonald’s Standards while engaging a fun team. Responsibilities
- Develop business goals and objectives to ensure growth and prosperity.
- Create a comprehensive budget and analyse monthly transactions.
- Purchase and maintain stock levels according to budget.
- Set marketing plans and strategies to boost sales.
- Provide customer service and community awareness to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop recipes and determine presentation of dishes.
- Plan menu and determine pricing based on costs in budget.
- Plan and organise daily business functions.
- Ensure food quality control and compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and functionality.
- Inspect supplies.
- Train and manage staff when required.
- Take orders and handle customer reservations. Qualifications
- Diploma of Hospitality Management or overseas equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar occupation (may substitute formal qualifications). Benefits Salary: $76,600 per year plus superannuation. The pay structure follows the Rapid Food Award and includes bonuses based on KPI’s, skills and experience. Ongoing management support, training and development are provided to ensure success.
