About Three Blue Ducks x Burradoo Park Farm Three Blue Ducks at Burradoo Park Farm is a 600-acre working regenerative farm in the NSW Southern Highlands, home to three distinct food venues: The Bakehouse by Three Blue Ducks, The Farmhouse by Three Blue Ducks, and the Three Blue Ducks restaurant, our most elevated dining experience yet. Every one of these venues is shaped by what grows, grazes, and is harvested on-site
- and every person in our team is part of that story. The Bakehouse The Bakehouse by Three Blue Ducks is anchored by slow-ferment sourdough and a daily range of pastries, savoury grab-and-go items, and seasonal specials
- all made fresh every morning. You'll be working under Head Pastry Chef Georgina Phillips, formerly of Hide's Michelin-starred bakery in London and Marcus at The Berkeley, with broader culinary direction from Group Executive Chef Troy Crisante and co-owners Darren Robertson and Andy Allen. We're looking for Bakers and Pastry Chefs who love working with quality ingredients and thoughtful processes. Depending on your background, you'll contribute across bread, pastry, and everyday baked goods = helping shape a bakehouse that takes the craft seriously without making it complicated. About You
- Experience as a Baker and/or Pastry Chef
- Passion for artisan baking, seasonal produce and quality-driven food
- Robust attention to detail and consistency
- A team-first, positive attitude
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Excited to contribute to a growing, evolving offering
