**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work across different sections, with a strong focus on **wok cooking**:

- Prepare high-quality Asian dishes with precision and speed
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in an **Asian restaurant kitchen** (modern or traditional)
- **Solid wok skills**
- controlling heat, speed, and technique
- Deep understanding of Asian ingredients, sauces, and cooking methods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
