Production Operator (Wingecarribee Shire Council)

Your next opportunity The Boral Cement team is looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join us in Marulan! In this role, you will support the Production and Maintenance Manager, Production Managers, Senior Production Supervisors, and our operational teams. You will help us achieve key targets and budgets by following daily operational plans. If you’re ready to be a part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you! Your day will involve:
- Perform ground maintenance tasks such as industrial cleaning, shoveling, sweeping, and hosing.
- Operate Front End Loaders, Dump Trucks, Forklifts, and other key production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Run the bulk bagging machine to produce hydrated lime bulk bags and safely load them onto trucks using a forklift when needed.
- Provide support across all production areas as needed. What are we looking for?
- A strong commitment to maintaining workplace safety
- Experience and skills in operating forklifts, front-end loaders, dump trucks, and other mobile plant equipment are highly valued
- Flexibility to work on rotating rosters and different shifts
