**Site Supervisor** who owns the site, leads from the front, and loves handing over flawless results.

As our

**Site Supervisor** , you will take day-to-day control of one (sometimes two) high-end residential sites, coordinating trades, scheduling works, upholding WHS standards, and safeguarding quality from the first sledgehammer to the last wipe-down. You'll partner closely with our office and the design team to keep programs tight, clients informed, and paperwork controlled.

**What you'll be doing**

- Lead and manage all in office activities from demolition to final clean and client handover.

- Own the construction program, short-interval planning, sequencing trades, and mitigating delays.

- Drive WHS, site inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks, incident reporting, housekeeping, and subcontractor compliance.

- Maintain quality control, set-out checks, inspections, defect prevention, and close-out.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

- Monitor budget and variations in collaboration with the office/PM team; keep records accurate and current.

- Keep clients and consultants in the loop; attend site meetings and provide concise progress updates.

- Use our construction management software for daily diaries, photos, RFIs, and scheduling (training provided).

- Uphold site security, environmental controls, and neighbourhood relations on premium residential streets

**What you'll bring**

- Proven track record supervising high-end residential projects in Australia, end-to-end (demo to handover).

- Trade background (carpentry or similar) is highly regarded.

- Strong knowledge of NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and NSW WHS obligations.

- Confident with digital tools; experience with any construction/project management software (we'll train you on ours).

- Excellent coordination and communication skills; calm under pressure; solution-focused.

- Current White Card (CPCWHS1001
- Prepare to work safely in the construction industry).

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- Desirable: First Aid, High Risk/Work at Heights/EWP, and Residential Waterproofing familiarity.
