Experience in a Special Care Nursery is highly desirable, as the position includes providing immediate care to neonates and supporting their families from the very beginning. CVAD accreditation is an advantage, helping you contribute to high‑quality, specialised care. With a rotating roster, you’ll be part of a team that values flexibility, teamwork, and a shared commitment to exceptional paediatric nursing. Selection Criteria
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant speciality, including any experience in a special care nursery environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
