Front End Customer Service (Bowral)

**About the Role**: As a Service team member, you’ll be the face of our store, creating positive first and last impressions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Operating registers and handling transactions accurately
- Assisting customers with product queries and store navigation
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-store environment
- Supporting the wider team during peak trade periods

**About You**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a rotating roster including weekends, afternoons & nights
- Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment
- A genuine passion for fresh food and people
