Guest Service Agent (Bowral)

The Guest Service Agents play a crucial role as the initial and final point of contact for guests at Peppers Craigieburn Hotel. They have the power to transform a mere stay into an unforgettable experience. Beyond handling check-ins, check-outs, and occasional reservations, the true excitement lies in building connections with guests and crafting memorable moments.

Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests and residents. This involves promptly addressing their requests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Utilizing the hotel's Property Management System (PMS), you will accurately process and record all types of reservations on the same working day. Timely response to guest inquiries is essential for delivering an outstanding guest experience. Maintaining a positive sales approach is key to optimizing occupancy rates and room rates. You must consistently uphold a high level of professionalism, prioritize guest confidentiality, and adhere to credit and cash transaction procedures and protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a reservations role is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Your dedication to providing exceptional service sets you apart.
- Willingness to work on a 7-day rotating roster, which includes late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
