Our mission is: "Creating opportunities together" Job Description We are expanding our Bowral clinic team in 2026 and would love to welcome Graduate Speech Pathologists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients! On a daily basis you will be:
- Building your capability and confidence across key areas of speech pathology such as fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing and feeding
- Conducting speech and language assessments on clients across the lifespan
- Delivering therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
- Seeing clients in our clinic, along with visiting people in the community including their homes, schools, workplaces and residential facilities Benefits for you

- weekly development sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs + external PD coverage
- Supervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour of 1:1 weekly supervision

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector Qualifications
- Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
