**About the role**

Are you an experienced Events Manager looking to work for a renowned family-owned estate in the stunning Southern Highlands of NSW. Bendooley Estate is seeking a talented Event Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional events and memorable guest experiences at our picturesque property. This full-time position is based in office at our Berrima location.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, including liaising with clients, managing event budgets, and overseeing staff and vendors
- Ensuring the seamless delivery of events by managing event logistics, timelines, and resource allocation
- When needed, developing and implementing innovative event concepts and experiences to delight guests
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and the local community
- Providing exceptional customer service and managing guest expectations throughout the event
- Monitoring event performance and providing detailed post-event analysis and recommendations

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar event management role within the hospitality or tourism industry
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution, with a strong eye for detail
- Strong leadership style incorporating a nurturing team development spirit
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using event management software and tools
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by event schedule
