An exciting opportunity is now available for a professional and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team. Situated in the beautiful Southern Highlands, **Park Proxi Gibraltar Bowral** features 77 luxury accommodation suites, Harvey’s Bar and Dining Room, 7 meeting rooms including the largest event space in the Southern Highlands, an 18-hole golf course, and heated indoor pool and gym.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Ensure that all guest complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Train new front desk staff and ensure that they are knowledgeable about the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory and availability.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate with other departments to ensure that guests' needs are met.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of hotel reservations software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
