About the Role:

As a Service team member, you’ll be the face of our store, creating positive first and last impressions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service

Operating registers and handling transactions accurately

Assisting customers with product queries and store navigation

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-store environment

Supporting the wider team during peak trade periods

About You:

Previous retail or customer service experience

A positive, can-do attitude with solid communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a rotating roster including weekends, afternoons & nights

Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment

A genuine passion for fresh food and people
