Few & Far is looking for a passionate and customer focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our Bowral store.

We are looking for someone who loves interiors and styling, is confident engaging with customers and enjoys working within a fast paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively minded and sales focused, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our Bowral store is a beautifully curated space filled with globally sourced furniture and homewares, and we are looking for someone who can confidently represent the Few & Far brand while helping customers bring their spaces to life.

**About the Role**

As part of our Bowral team, your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering a warm and elevated customer experience
- Assisting customers with furniture and homeware selections
- Building customer relationships and confidently driving sales
- Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation
- Processing sales and customer orders accurately
- Learning and navigating new systems and technology confidently
- Assisting with stock handling and operational tasks
- Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

**What We Are Looking For**
- Have previous retail or customer service experience
- Be confident, approachable and professional with customers
- Be motivated by sales and achieving results
- Have a genuine interest in interiors and styling
- Feel comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be reliable, proactive and eager to learn
- Work well both independently and within a team

Experience within furniture, interiors or homewares is highly regarded, but not essential.
