Cocktail Bartender (Bowral)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender with a passion for mixology to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender with Cocktail Experience, you will be responsible for crafting a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere in our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cocktail Crafting**:

- Create a variety of cocktails with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and maintaining consistent quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative and unique cocktail creations into the menu.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all patrons.
- Engage with customers, offer recommendations, and ensure an enjoyable experience for each guest.
- **Mixology Expertise**:

- Possess an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, demonstrating expertise in recommending appropriate drinks based on customer preferences.
- Stay informed about new beverage trends, ingredients, and techniques.
- **Bar Maintenance**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed, and coordinating with management for ordering supplies.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate service and address customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on cocktail preparation.
- Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

- Every weekend
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
