**The Sebel Bowral Heritage Park**, managed by Accor Vacation Club, is positioned close to Bowral Town Center in the** Southern Highlands,** the stylish apartments makes it the ideal place to relax or explore Bowral's boutique shopping and dining culture.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a **vibrant** and **energetic individual **to become a valuable member of our team as a **Guest Service Agent**. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will play a **vital role** in our Front Office Operations.

This **casual** position offers flexibility with a diverse range of shifts on a rotating roster.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Provide friendly, **courteous **and **professional** service to all guests
- Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in an **efficient **manner
- Manage the guest room inventory and accounts in line with hotel procedures
- Assist guests with requests and creating **memorable experienced **by sharing your hotel and local knowledge

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Experience working in a similar a hospitality/customer service environment is preferred
- **Excellent **verbal and written communication skills
- A **passion **for providing exceptional customer service through the handling of reservations, reception duties, guest activities and general administration
- Advanced **Proficiency in Microsoft Office **(e.g. Word & Excel) with strong computer skills
- The ability to **work autonomously**:

- Professional appearance and telephone manner
- A demonstrated **commitment **to be part of a positive team
