About the Role
This new role is an integral part of our business. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for consulting with customers and builders, fulfilling purchase orders, conducting onsite check measures and processing orders in the Illawarra/ Southern Highland area. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism and integrity while delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The majority of your time will be spent meeting with existing and potential clients, while once a month you will attend sales meetings at our Prestons office.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and margin targets
Consult with customers and builders to understand requirements
Conduct onsite check measures and process accurate orders
Build and nurture customer relationships through consultative selling
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports
About You
Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with building products or custom, made-to-order environments is desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Able to take and review measurements
Resilient, results-driven and able to work autonomously
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
White Card and a valid driver’s licence
