Responsibilities:

Masterfully prepare and bake a variety of sourdough breads and pastries

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Assist in inventory management and supply ordering

Requirements:

Proven experience as a baker, specializing in sourdough and pastries

Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients

Ability to work early mornings and weekends

A passion for baking and a desire to create delicious products
