- Burradoo Restaurant Three Blue Ducks is opening a new destination restaurant at Burradoo Park Farm in Winter, and we’re looking for experienced Bartenders / Mixologist Bartenders to join our opening team. Set within a restored 1800s farmhouse, the restaurant will offer an intimate, seasonal dining experience shaped entirely by what’s grown and raised on-site. This will be Three Blue Ducks’ most elevated dining experience to date, focused on exceptional produce, polished service, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for hospitality professionals with strong cocktail and bar experience who take pride in high-quality service, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll thrive in a rapid-paced, team-focused environment and be excited to help shape the venue from day one. Current trading hours: Thursday
- Sunday lunch & dinner There will be plenty of hours available for the right candidates. Please note:
- Accommodation is not provided
- This role does not count towards 88 days
- Backpackers must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 months
- Strong bar experience is essential What you’ll be doing
- Crafting and delivering high-quality cocktails and beverages
- Providing warm, professional guest experiences at the bar
- Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams
- Maintaining high service and presentation standards
- Supporting bar and floor service during busy periods

What we’re looking for
- Previous bar experience essential
- Mixology / cocktail experience highly regarded
- RSA required
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and classic cocktails
- Calm, organised and team-focused under pressure
- Weekend and evening availability
