Breakfast Cook/Chef for 4 Star Motel near Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW We are wanting to employ a person with Breakfast Cooking experience for our Motel, up to 5 days per week .. Monday to Friday and very occasionally on week-ends as relief cook/chef. We serve a buffet Continental and buffet cooked breakfast of Scrambled Eggs, Sausages, Bacon, Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Baked Beans. This may on occassions be served A La Carte if the numbers of guest diners are not high. Experience is required, you must have your own transport to get to and from work and shifts are from 6.30 am to 10.00 am or later depending on the volume of guests/diners, and clean up at the end of the shift. We also cater for daily corporate functiions and bus groups for dinner, which is not essential for this position but is another chance to work shifts if the situation suits.
