Guest Service Agent (Bowral)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and check them into their rooms.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean and tidy.
- Provide support to other areas of the hotel operations as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with hotel systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
