About you

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Customer Service specialist to join our team as a Service Advisor. You will have an impressive attitude, a desire to achieve results and the ambition to succeed. Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential. Hospitality or customer service experience well regarded. A sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast‑paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and senior management. High attention to detail. Excellent computer literacy. The ability to work in a team workplace. Well‑developed telephone technique. Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
