- Create rich, inclusive, and engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build genuine relationships with children, families, and your colleagues
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment
- Document children’s learning and development meaningfully
- Collaborate with your team through reflective practice, intentional teaching, and innovation
