We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and reliability to our clients across Sydney. Role Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to residential properties across Sydney, ensuring every home meets our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Vacuum, mop, sweep and dust all floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms and toilets to a high standard
- Wipe down bench tops, appliances, mirrors and fixtures
- Change and make beds (where required)
- Remove rubbish and replace bin liners
- Carry out end-of-lease, deep clean and post-construction cleans as required
- Communicate professionally with clients and report any issues or damages
- Follow protected handling procedures for all cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Complete job checklists and sign-off sheets accurately Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid Australian working rights (citizen, PR or valid visa)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence
- Good physical fitness — role involves standing, bending and lifting
- Basic English communication skills What We Offer
