Join this well-known Australian operated and managed manufacturing organisation on a temp contract based in Box Hill South.

**The Company**

Our client, a famous household brand who specialise in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality paper products, is looking for an experienced and bubbly Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract (potential to go perm!).

**The Role**

This position is incredibly varied and is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your skills and experience that you have gained from previous roles.

Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the following:

- Onboarding of new staff (tours of the office, introductions with other members of staff)
- Event coordination
- Meeting room management
- Ordering of stationary
- Mail distribution
- Management of catering and in office events
- Raising PO's and invoice processing for the HR team
- General ad-hoc administration

**Your Profile**

You are an energetic and forward-thinking individual with keen problem-solving skills. You are an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work autonomously. This is a quick-paced environment, so someone who is switched on and uses their initiative will thrive in this role.
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
