**The Opportunity**

The Eastern Health Clinical School is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director of Medical Student Programs. This role sits at the centre of a busy, high-performing medical education environment, ensuring the Director’s office operates seamlessly and efficiently.

The position oversees the coordination of meetings and events, management of key communications, preparation of high-level documentation and delivery of strategic administrative support. It plays a critical role in connecting teams, streamlining processes and enabling the Director to focus on advancing the school’s programs.
