Our client is an award-winning residential builder with a backing of a group that has generated over $45billion in annual revenue and is on a trajectory to being one of the largest residential builders in the whole of Australia.

The focus is to work on providing residential homes for all levels of socioeconomic backgrounds, also from 1st time buyers, up to the higher echelon of custom homes.

**The role**: Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of projects in the Box Hill area. Depending on experience, you will be handling up to 20 dwellings at any one time.

**Experience**:

- It is preferable Cert IV Building & Construction or Construction related degree
- It is essential that you have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously at any one time for another project homes builder
- Able to lead a team and drive team
- Have experience supervising on residential projects
- Have stability on your CV
- Able to work in team setting
- Able to lead from the front
- Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
