Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a skilled and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments and manage bookings for the sales teams.
Maintain and update office records, including property listings and client details in both English and Mandarin.
Assist with tasks such as preparing contracts, managing documentation, and following up on payments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Support the sales teams with administrative tasks as required.
Assist with office supplies management and general office upkeep.
Coordinate with service providers and contractors for office and property maintenance.
Handle inquiries from prospective clients.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
A qualified and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
Pay: $50,000.00
- $58,000.00 per year
