Full Time | People & Culture We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor & Compliance Advisor to support our McDonald’s restaurants teams by driving strong people practices, effective training, and a safe, high‑performing workplace culture. About the Role You will provide proactive human resources support across recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and safety, partnering closely with restaurant leadership to deliver strong people outcomes and operational results. Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring, recruitment and onboarding to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Provide expert guidance to managers on people management and performance
- Oversee and implement training programs and development practices
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and McDonald’s standards
- Drive and support OH&S; practices, safety systems, and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and support audits and reviews
- Conduct restaurant visits to coach teams and uplift capability About You
- Previous McDonald’s experience is required
- Proven experience in human resources, training, or restaurant operations
- Robust leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about people development and building high‑performing teams
- Solid understanding of McDonalds HR compliance and workplace safety (OH&S;) What Success Looks Like
