Friendly and supportive team environment Inbound call centre, licence assessment and processing, environmental regulations Modern Offices, Box Hill location The Australian Refrigeration Council Ltd (ARC) is the national licensing body for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in Australia. We have a contract with the Australian Government to administer the licensing scheme to control the trade and use of refrigerant gases that are bad for the setting. The role of a Licensing and Customer Service Officer requires the following attributes: A friendly disposition A ‘can do’ positive attitude Proficiency in all aspects of customer service – phone, administration, face-to-face A desire to help people Basic computer skills This role does not involve sales work and is located close to public transport.
