About the role: Provides a broad range of complex administrative support and high-quality customer service within the Nursing team in the Faculty of Health, Community, Disability and Animal Sciences. This role supports the coordination of effective and efficient administration and operations, including student services, course enquiries, and general office administration. The position liaises with internal stakeholders, students, clients and external partners to ensure accurate, timely and professional service delivery across the student lifecycle. What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across student services, course enquiries, financial administration and general office operations
- Deliver professional customer service, including managing and resolving complex enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure documentation is processed in accordance with organisational policies and timeframes
- Support key student administration processes including enrolments, re-enrolments, leave requests, refunds and related enquiries
- Liaise effectively with students, teaching staff and external parties regarding timetables, attendance and appointments
- Assist in the coordination of faculty activities and events, including open days and information sessions
- Contribute to efficient operational processes by identifying improvements and supporting compliance with quality and administrative requirements What you'll bring:
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate correspondence, manage enquiries effectively and follow through to resolution
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence working with administrative systems
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to consistent service delivery
- Strong attention to detail, with sound judgement and problem-solving capability
- Relevant qualification in Business or Office Administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience
