Education Sales & Student Recruitment Consultant (Box Hill)

ENJOY AI is looking for a proactive and results-driven Education Sales & Student Recruitment Consultant to support student recruitment, parent communication and new lead generation. We are seeking someone who can actively generate new student leads through community outreach, referral development, local promotion, direct parent engagement and other suitable recruitment channels. The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships with parents, introducing suitable courses, booking trial lessons and converting prospects into paid enrolments. About the Role This is a sales-focused role for someone who can take ownership of student recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying potential families, communicating with parents, promoting ENJOY AI programs, arranging trial lessons and converting leads into enrolments. Key Responsibilities
- Generate current student leads through local outreach, referrals and community engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, families and potential referral channels
- Communicate with prospective parents via phone, WeChat, social media and other suitable channels
- Introduce ENJOY AI’s robotics, coding, Python, Roblox, AI art and competition programs
- Book trial lessons and follow up with families to support enrolment conversion
- Maintain clear records of leads, follow-ups, bookings and enrolment outcomes
- Work with the teaching team to arrange trial lessons and provide course information Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, education sales or customer conversion
- Strong initiative and ability to generate leads independently
- Confident in approaching potential customers and building parent relationships
- Comfortable working towards enrolment and conversion goals
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organised, results-driven and able to work independently
- English communication skills required
- Mandarin or Cantonese highly preferred
- Experience with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram or local community promotion is preferred
- Knowledge of children’s education, coding, robotics or STEM programs is an advantage Pay and Trial This role includes a 1-week paid trial at $30 per hour. After the trial, ongoing pay and bonus structure will be discussed based on experience, initiative, lead generation ability and enrolment performance.
