Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee procurement and supply chain activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, optimising purchasing processes, and ensuring efficient inventory management to support business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, contracts, and supplier performance
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of goods and materials
- Analyse procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing requirements and operational needs Selection Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or related field; OR minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
