Medical Receptionist (Braddon)

**Position**: Receptionist

**Location**: Canberra Surgicentre, Canberra, ACT

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 09:00
- 17:00

**Key Responsibilities**: **Reception Duties**:

- Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries.
- Checking in patients for operating theatre
- Processing payments through HICAPS terminal.
- Booking patients for consultations and surgical procedures.
- Taking payments and managing patient records.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work in satellite location as required.
- Experience in a dental or medical setting preferred.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

**Training**:

- On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to carry out your responsibilities confidently.
