**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team.

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our venue, particularly the Main Bar, delivering exceptional customer service while leading a talented team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the main bar, including opening or closing of the venue.
- Driving food & beverage sales to achieve targets
- Manage and coordinating staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and maintaining venue standards, policies, and procedures
- Providing leadership and training to support and develop the bar team

**What we're looking for**
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong operational and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
