**Job Title**: Experienced Baker (Specializing in Filipino Bread, Cakes, and Artisan Bread Infusions)

**About Us**: We are an exciting new restaurant set to open soon in the vibrant district of Braddon. Our passionate team is dedicated to bringing the flavours and vibrant food scene of Manila to Canberra. Our menu will feature authentic Filipino bread and cakes, alongside a selection of unique artisan bread infusions. We are on the lookout for an experienced baker to help us create these delicious and creative baked goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of Filipino bread, such as pandesal, ensaymada and mamon.
- Create traditional Filipino cakes, including Ube cake, Brazo de Mercedes and Sans Rival.
- Develop and bake artisan bread infusions using creative ingredients and techniques.
- Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on Filipino bread, cakes, and artisan bread infusions.
- Knowledge of traditional Filipino baking techniques and modern artisanal bread-making.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
