Sales Representative (O'Connor)

Artisan Bread Craft is a fast growing, Perth-based company specialising in wholesale production of Artisan breads and pastry products. We're all about delivering quality products, and even better service to retailers and businesses right across Perth.

We're on the hunt for a **dynamic, honest and self-motivated Sales Representative/Business Development Officer** to help drive our growth, build lasting customer relationships and spot new opportunities!

**About the Role**: This is a hands-on, on the road sales role where your energy, drive and vision will shine. You will work closely with the Directors, delivering strong results, growing client partnerships and leading from the front with focus, passion and a "can-do" attitude.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Drive business development
- Build and maintain solid, trusted relationships with key clients and retailers
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and find new opportunities
- Take and process sales orders accurately and effectively
- Identify new market opportunities and support strategic growth plans
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve our services, strategies and results
- Work autonomously to manage your own time, priorities and targets

**What You Will Bring**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Background in baking supply, food service, retail or distribution (a big plus!)
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- A "go-getter" attitude where you love to take the lead and make things happen
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to our customers
- A high level of integrity, honesty and a results driven approach

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $33.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14
- 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Work Location: On the road
