Salt Search has partnered with a globally recognised, market-leading consumer-facing business operating across 100+ markets globally. The business is investing heavily in a next-generation, AI-powered in-house content studio built to deliver high-performing, social-first creative work at speed and scale across multiple consumer brands. We're looking for a Social Creative Copywriter who lives and breathes social content and understands how to create ideas that feel native to platforms, not just adapted for them. This role would suit someone who has worked agency-side, in-house, or within a social/content studio environment, creating platform-native content for consumer-facing brands. You'll combine creative thinking, strong copywriting and emerging AI tools to create content designed to stop thumbs, engage audiences and drive performance. - Remuneration: $80,000
- $85,000 + Super Responsibilities
- Develop social-first, platform-native creative concepts aligned to brand campaigns, content pillars and broader marketing priorities
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines and short-form copy across social, paid digital, ecommerce and owned channels
- Create content designed for modern consumer platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Meta and emerging digital channels)
- Collaborate closely with designers, studio leads and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content at speed and scale
- Use Generative AI tools to support ideation, concepting and content creation workflows
- Monitor platform behaviours, content trends and emerging creative formats to evolve output and keep content culturally relevant
- Contribute to a rapid-paced, sprint-based creative environment across multiple brands and campaigns Experience Required
- 2-5 years' experience in social copywriting, content creation, digital creative, social media or conceptual content roles
- Strong experience developing social-first creative ideas, ideally for consumer-facing, FMCG, retail, beauty, lifestyle or healthcare brands
- A strong understanding of what makes content perform on social platforms, including platform behaviours, trends and audience engagement
- Experience working within agencies, brands or social/content studios producing high-volume creative work
- Comfortable using Generative AI tools as part of the creative process (Canva AI essential; Jasper, Leonardo AI, ElevenLabs or similar highly regarded)
- Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
