We're excited to announce that Trident Services Australia has been awarded the security contract at **Cleveland Central**, with operations commencing from Monday, 11 November 2025. We are currently seeking licensed Security Officers to join our team in** Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual roles.**

As a Security Officer at Cleveland Central, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for shoppers, retailers and visitors — all while delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant retail setting.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing professional and friendly front-line customer service
- Responding to incidents, including medical, emergency, and security-related events
- Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activity
- Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation techniques
- Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols

**What you'll need**:

- Current **QLD Security Licence** with Crowd Control function
- Valid **First Aid and CPR** certificates
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer experience
- Availability to work across a **24/7 rotating roster**, including weekends and public holidays
- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
