Are you looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? Join our team in a hands-on role with full training provided. We are seeking a Factory Hand & Assembly Worker to support our operations and help maintain a safe, productive, and efficient workplace.
**About the Role**: As a Factory Hand, you will be involved in a variety of tasks to support daily manufacturing operations, including:
- Assisting with general manufacturing duties, including, drilling aluminium, riveting, cutting/sawing, processing, linishing, assembling, labelling, lifting and sorting ladder frames.
- Operating machinery and equipment, including hand and power tools (after training).
- Handling materials and assembling components.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace and complying with WHS and Quality Polices.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- A strong and positive work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a physically demanding environment. Needs to be physically fit for manual handling.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety and maintaining Quality Assurance.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not required, as full training and induction will be provided.
- Current Forklift Licence favourable but not required.
- Need to have a right to work in Australia. Please no recruiters or labour hire companies.
