Job Description:

- The role:

- This role’s responsibility includes but is not limited to monitor open purchase requisitions, manage and process the documentation of export shipments from A to Z, track inbound material shipments to warehouse, etc.

What you’ll do:

- Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor open purchase requisitions-
- Developing and supporting rapport with internal customers, external customers and service providers-
- Monitor the physical movement of shipments across the supply chain until final delivery-
- Collect supporting data to create reports, tracking on time delivery-
- Taking proactive measures with the carriers to eliminate transit delays-
- Manage and process the documentation of export shipments from A to Z-
- Track inbound material shipments to warehouse-
- Manage shipments under customs clearance, provide additional information as required-
- Coordinate deliveries between the freight forwarder and the warehouse-
- Monitor material receiving at warehouse and ensure the stock has been correctly received-
- Monitor sales orders released from warehouse are being processed correctly-
- Support Customer Service Team with orders queries-
- Manage new product item setup-
- Performs other duties as assignedWhat you need to know:

- Experience/Skills/Education: Required:
- Experience in logistics / freight forwarding in a similar role-
- Strong analytic skills in MS Excel-
- Excellent written and oral communication skills-
- Must be able to support managers within the company.-
- Must have strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively-
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and incorporate changes seamlessly-
- Result orientation, accountability, critical thinking, problem solving, project and change management, and team working/buildingDesired:
