The Firm & The Role

We are partnering with a well‑established specialist insurance litigation firm with long‑standing insurer clients across Queensland, who are looking for a Senior Solicitor with experience in Defendant CTP Insurance (5+ years PAE) to join their Brisbane team. This is a high‑autonomy role where you will run your own defendant CTP matters end‑to‑end, while being supported by a dedicated law clerk and legal secretary, allowing you to focus on delivering quality legal outcomes, building client relationships and developing litigation strategy—rather than getting caught up in administrative work.

About You

5+ years PAE

Proven experience in defendant CTP or insurance litigation

The ability to run files independently

Willingness to mentor and guide a junior law clerk, who will be assisting you with your matters

Trial experience not essential but advantageous
