Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and premises

Conduct regular foot patrols and monitor CCTV systems

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms swiftly and professionally

Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors

Prepare incident and daily activity reports

Enforce centre rules and regulations in a courteous manner

Skills & Experience Requirements:

Certificate II in Security Operations(required)

Current and valid Security Licence (required)

Valid First Aid Certificate (required)

Valid CPR Certificate (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A professional and presentable demeanor

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts tactfully

Previous experience is highly regarded

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
