Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards Ensure all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary Train and supervise junior kitchen staff Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new and cutting-edge menu items Assist with menu planning and cost control Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant Knowledge and experience in Indian cuisine is highly desirable Relevant culinary qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
