Senior Administrator / Personal Assistant (Temporary Assignment) Milton location | Immediate start

About The Role

Reporting to the Director, you will provide a mix of high-level administrative and PA support, while assisting the broader team with key operational and compliance activities. Providing proactive diary, inbox and general PA support to senior leaders Supporting the team with administrative coordination and day-to-day operations Maintaining forms, documentation and processes within internal systems Assisting with compliance-related administration and record keeping Supporting the maintenance of internal records and registers Contributing to process improvements and bringing structure to a changing environment

About You

You are a confident and capable administrator who thrives in rapid-moving environments and enjoys bringing order and clarity to busy teams.

You Will Bring Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or Personal Assistant role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail Confidence working across systems, processes and documentation Excellent communication skills and a cooperative working style

Highly Regarded Experience working in structured or compliance-driven environments Exposure to system-based administration and process management
