Lead a small warehouse team in a fast-paced meat distribution business—early starts, free afternoons. The Company A well-established, family-owned food distribution company servicing over 180 restaurants across Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW. With over 10 years in the industry, this business is known for its reliability, quality, and strong customer relationships. The company operates a manufacturing site on the Sunshine Coast and a warehouse in Brisbane’s southside. Advantages
- $75,000–$95,000 + Super
- Monday–Friday, 5am–2pm (with the occasional Saturday delivery)

- Be part of a growing, down-to-earth team The Role This newly created role is perfect for someone with warehousing and leadership experience who’s ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be managing a small team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a hands-on environment. Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 3 warehouse staff
- Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure WHS, HACCP, and Protected Food QLD compliance
- Assist with deliveries (car license only required)
- Use MYOB and Microsoft 365 for basic admin tasks Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a bit of experience—ideally in warehousing or food distribution. Key skills required:
- Experience in warehousing or logistics
- Some team leadership or supervisory experience
- Physically fit and ready to work on the floor
- Basic MYOB and Microsoft 365 skills
