**Join the team for one of Brisbane’s biggest nights of the year!** We’re looking for **professional and reliable Security Guards** to work at a large New Year’s Eve event in Brisbane City. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while helping ensure a protected and enjoyable celebration for all.

- **Ensure Safety**: Create a secure environment for clients and guests.
- **Provide Exceptional Service**: Assist customers with inquiries and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- **Manage Risks**: Identify, report, and document potential risks during your shift.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Utilize strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- **Resolve Conflicts**: Employ conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
- **Know Your Protocols**: Understand workplace emergency procedures and protocols.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Current Queensland Security License with Crowd Control Function.
- Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
- Availability to work on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
