**About the role
Permanent full time prospect to supports the Safety & Quality Program Coordinator to coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of a Metro North Safety and Quality Audit Framework that enables the measurement of clinical practice and other processes against the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, Clinical Care Standards and other relevant standards, legislation or policy and procedure; and ensures practice and processes that align with the same.
About you
Support identification of audit requirements in collaboration with MNCG cross-functional teams, Metro North Safety and Quality teams, NSQHS Standards Committees and other relevant stakeholders. In collaboration with MNCG cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders across Metro North, provide administrative support for the development, implementation and review of a Metro North Safety and Quality Audit Schedule, as a timetable for collecting and reporting audit and patient outcome data. Provide administrative support for the reporting of other audit and patient outcome data, identifying areas of good practice and opportunities where processes, outcomes or safety can be enhanced. Identify and support opportunities for enhancing the use of safety and quality audit and reporting systems throughout Metro North by participating in the development, update and review of Policy & Procedures, Business Rules, specific guides and training materials.
